Jacob's Creek "Moscato"

Jacob's Creek: Moscato is one of the best wines I have tasted. It is generally a sweet wine, and is available in sparkling, and Rose. In my opinion, I prefer the sparkling, as the sweet texture of the wine combined with the tangy fizz is delightful especially after dinner during dessert.

Moscato is the Italian word for 'Muscat', and the name muscat refers to both the wine style and range of muscat flavoured grapes used to make highly flavoured wines such as Moscato. While there are many ‘muscat’ grapes used for wine, Jacob’s Creek uses two principle grape varieties to make both still and sparkling Moscato, the first is Muscat of Alexandria and the second is Muscat Blanc a’ Petits Grains. Muscat grapes range in colour from white to almost black and have a definite sweet and floral aroma with a musky and sweet flavour. -  Jacob's Creek.com.au
